NIGEL DOLLOWAY, 63, of Alder Close in Lower Earley, Reading, convicted of drink-driving in Maiden Place, Earley on January 22, 2023. Found to have 84mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit being 35mcg. Fined £80. Also ordered to pay £200 court costs and £32 victim surcharge. Ten penalty points added to driving licence.

WAYNE HARVEY, 47, of St Michael’s Road, Madeley, convicted of two counts of common assault in Newbury on August 14, 2023. Also convicted of racially or religiously aggravated intentional harassment in Newbury on the same date. And convicted of assault by beating of an emergency worker on the same date and location. Handed a community order to comply with alcohol abstinence and monitoring, also made subject to electronic tag monitoring. Must also pay £50 compensation.

MARK CREABY, of Little Marlow, Bucks, convicted of drink-driving on the A308 in Maidenhead on August 26, 2023. found to have 71mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, the legal limit being 35mcg. Fined £480. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £192 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 19 months.

SHAHID IQBAL, 48, of Whitley Wood Lane, Reading, convicted of failing to provide a specimen for analysis as a vehicle driver in Reading on September 15, 2023. Fined £692. Also ordered to pay £775 court costs and £277 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 17 months.

MARIOLA MATCZUK, 39, of Westlands Avenue in Wokingham, convicted of drink driving on the Reading Road on January 7, 2024. Found to have 61mcg of alcohol in 10ml of breath, the legal limit being 35mcg. Fined £276. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and £110 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 17 months.

CHARLIE PEARCE, 26, of Toutley Road, Wokingham, convicted of stealing wine and Prosecco to the value of £57.90 from Co-op in Wokingham on January 4, 2024, stole meat items worth £90 from Co-op in Wokingham on January 27, 2024, and stole food items from Morrisons in Wokingham on November 21, 2023. Also convicted of stealing a hoover worth £119 from Original Factory Shop in Wokingham on December 28, 2023, and stole 21 different ready meals worth £63 from a Wokingham Co-op on January 25, 2024, and stole clothing and aftershave worth £95 from Sport Direct in Bracknell on January 3, 2024. More offences include stealing chicken, steak, and mince worth £100 from a Wokingham Co-op on January 22, 2024, and food items from Waitrose in Wokingham worth £100 on December 27, 2023, stole an air fryer of £119 from the Original Factory Shop in Wokingham on December 27, 2023, and stole £90 worth of ready meals and cooked meats from Co-op in Wokingham on January 27, 2024. Convicted of stealing meat items from the Co-op in Wokingham on January 28, 2024, and a hoover worth £119 from Wokingham Original Factory Shop on December 29, 2023, and confectionary from Co-op on November 11, 2023, £300 worth of meat from the same shop on December 23, 2023, household items from Co-op on January 4, 2024, and nappies and food items from Co-op on November 26, 2023. Also convicted of theft by finding by stealing a highway code book, jack pads, batteries, motorcycle reflector, and stationary worth £48 on October 16, 2023. Sentenced to 24 weeks in prison due to severity of the offence and large number of offences during period of deferment.
