The one word that will either have you running to the gym for a workout or to your bed for a nap!!

No matter what kind of person you are, Bracknell’s newest eatery will most likely have you running to tell everyone you know.

After disappearing from Bracknell for over 20 years, the good old-fashioned jacket potato truck has made a return with some unusually delicious toppings that will have you gasping in surprise.

Our reporter, Nicole McBride took a trip down to The Spud Wagon at The Lexicon during the opening week to try out the dish that everyone seems to be raving about.

As you can expect with a brand-new eatery, peak times may not be the best time to visit if you don’t want to stand in a queue. Despite this, however, the team works as quickly as possible to make sure your humble jacket potato is jam-packed with as many toppings as your heart desires.

No matter their taste preferences, the toppings range from simple cheese (which also comes in a vegan option) to a rather extravagant and different Chickpea Curry.

The humble meal is elevated to another level when combined with the more exuberant toppings. If you're a meat eater that likes a little bite, then the pulled pork or the curry option is one for you.

Although many other exciting toppings are available, this reviewer started off with the humble cheese and beans jacket.

The first thing that surprised (and intimidated me) when opening my box was the number of toppings you are given... believe me, you do get what you pay for!

My jacket potato was utterly swimming in toppings which turned out to be delicious with the potato!

I will say, no one can fault The Spud Wagon for value for money!!

Despite the overwhelming toppings, the potato still maintained its shape and delicious distinctive taste.

So, in conclusion, if you are looking for a simple meal on the go, then this is a must-try in Bracknell town centre.
