A power cut in Winnersh has meant traffic signalling is currently down.
At 8:59am today (January 16) Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks were made aware of a power outage in Winnersh affecting 258 households.
An engineer is currently on the site, where 11 postcodes are experiencing problems.
A spokesperson for the electricity company said: "We're sorry for the loss of supply. We currently have a fault affecting the areas listed. Our engineers are on site working hard to get the power back on as quickly as they can."
Power is expected to be restored by 3pm.
Wokingham Borough Council has warned the power cut is affecting their road networks.
A spokesperson for the council said: "We are aware of a power cut in Winnersh that has affected traffic lights and pedestrian crossings around Reading Road.
"Please take extra care when travelling whilst SSEN fix the fault."
