The Lexicon on first day of opening
The Lexicon is set to say goodbye to another clothing store.
Located on The Avenue, Joules will close its doors later this month (January 2024) following its acquisition by NEXT in 2023.
Joules is a popular clothing store selling men, women and children’s clothes including footwear.
Rob Morris, general manager at The Lexicon said: “We can confirm that Joules is closing later this month.
“Joules was acquired by Next in 2023 and following the acquisition several stores have closed as part of brand strategy.”
Next plc has had a flurry of acquisitions over 2023 including Made.com, Joules, and Cath Kidson.
