New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to nine of Bracknell Forest’s establishments this month, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Starbucks and Subway, located at The Lexicon were only a few of the eateries to get a new food hygiene rating from the Food Standards Agency.

The FSA inspects restaurants, cafes, canteens, pubs, bars, nightclubs and takeaways for their food hygiene.

Here are the latest food hygiene ratings from the Food Standards Agency website.

What the different ratings mean

5 – hygiene standards are very good

4 – hygiene standards are good

3 – hygiene standards are generally satisfactory

2 – some improvement is necessary

1 – major improvement is necessary

0 – urgent improvement is required
