DENIS HUSEYIN, 29, of Foxhays Road, Reading, was found guilty to drug driving on June 30 in Reading. He was given a 20-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months. There were court costs of £2,000 and a victim surcharge of £114.

BLAKE ATKINSON, 20, of Hurst Road, Twyford, pleaded guilty to stealing £123 of alcohol from Waitrose on January 2 this year. He was fined £133 and banned from entering the shop. There are court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £53.

ADAM GEORGE, 31, of Hearsey Gardens, Blackwater, Camberley, pleaded guilty to assault by beating in Wokingham on December 24 last year. She was given a community order to pay £100 in compensation and a £500 fine. He was also made subject to a curfew between 8pm and 7am. There were no orders for costs.

LISA FIDLER, 43, of Tyne Way, Thatcham, indicated guilty to possession of a Class A drug on January 3 this year. A forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There was no order for costs.

MARK ROBSON, 36, of Ladbrooke Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to four counts of vehicle interference, one count of theft from a vehicle, a pair of sunglasses, on April 10, possession of a lock knife, and one count of handling stolen goods. He was given a community order to supply 12 months of drug samples, 12 months of mental health treatment, and 15 days of rehabilitation activity. There were court costs of £170.

AMIR SALEM, 38, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to police/court bail on May 23 this year in Reading. His time his custody was seemed time served.

DANIEL HOLT, 24, of Caswell Close, Farnborough, Hampshire, pleaded to driving without third-party insurance and driving while disqualified on Osterley Close, Wokingham on April 19 this year. He was given a community order to complete 60 hours of unpaid work and he was disqualified from driving for six months. There were court costs of £85.

LUKASZ KOGUT, 42, of Rossiter Close, Slough, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving on November 26 last year in Windsor as well as possession of a Class B drug – namely cannabis. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and was fined £133. A forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £53.

MICHAEL WARD, 47, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to burglary on March 17 by stealing a dark brown leather wallet from someone in Aldi in Reading as well as fraud by false representation on the same day by trying to use a bank card belonging to someone else and one count of vehicle interference. He was jailed for six months. There was no order for costs.

BOGDAN CROITORU, 30, of Eton Wick Road, Windsor, pleaded guilty to possession of a Class B drug in Slough on June 26 last year. He was fined £200 and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £34.
