A MAN has avoided jail after a drunken brawl in a Bracknell pub.
Luke Humphries was sentenced at Reading Crown Court on Monday (November 13) for one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
The incident happened on February 5 this year at The Market Inn Pub in Station Road, Bracknell.

Humphries, 29, assaulted Dean Hayzes and was later charged by police.
In court, he was sentenced to 10 months imprisonment, suspended by 18 months.
Humphries, of Hunstanton Drive, Binfield, was also ordered to complete 15 rehabilitation activity days, 150 hours of unpaid work, and 120 days of alcohol abstinence and monitoring.
There were also court costs of £400 and a victim surcharge.
