Bracknell Town Council is continuing to support Cllr Simon Carter on his journey to running the Virtual London Marathon.
Earlier this month, Cllr Carter competed in his 50th run at Bracknell Parkrun and came 4th in his age category.
Cllr Carter is running in aid of his chosen charity Power of Parenting.
The money raised will go towards helping children in foster care further their education with extra tuition, university fees, and lots more support.
Cllr Carter has said: "Every donation, no matter how small, brings us one step closer to providing looked-after children with the activities and education they need to thrive."
Cllr Carter is aiming to raise £500 to support his chosen charity of which £225 has already been raised.
