VZ PERFECTION by Vaishali stole the show at London Fashion Week, as the new SS24 ‘Azure Majesty’ collection was showcased for over 300 fashion lovers.

The Bracknell-based couture designer created a range of 16 stunning pieces for the iconic event which took place at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms on Saturday, September 16.

For the fifth consecutive year, Vaishali Ragunathan has made her mark alongside 10 fellow couture designers from around the world.

Her reputation for creating timeless showstoppers with a contemporary twist skyrocketed in the SS24 collection where the designs were unlike anything she has ever created.

Vaishali expressed her excitement as she spoke to the News before London Fashion Week kicked off on Friday, September 15.

She said: “I’ve been working on it for the past four months using cutting edge fabrics and techniques that push the boundaries of traditional haute couture.

“The colour of kingfishers represent nature, beauty, and luxurious artistry of haute couture. That’s what you see in the collection.

“It’s a symbol of grace and tranquillity. It’s just completely different from what I’ve done before.”

The Azure Majesty collection captured the elegant kingfisher in a symphony of satirical elegance.

V highlighted the drama in her creations with stunning cobalt blue silks and flowing fabrics inspired by her connection with nature.

The kingfisher design dominated the collection which was made up of dramatic jackets, shimmering showcase pieces and beautiful tailored silhouettes.
