BRACKNELL shoppers have been rejoicing as Robert Dyas has opened a store in The Lexicon.

The hardware retailer officially opened for business on Saturday, August 26, in the shopping district along Braccan Walk.

The news has been widely celebrated by residents who have praised the store's 'helpful' staff and wide selection of goods.

Charlotte Briggs said: "[It's a] fab store. Popped in this morning for the opening event, picked up too much to carry so was able to collect from the service yard to save me carrying it all through town."

Chris Webb said: "Great store. Staff are helpful and friendly."

And Wendy Placcitto said: "Fantastic - brilliant shop well-needed in Bracknell."

Robert Dyas was founded in London in 1872 and carries a range of housewares, electrical appliances and gardening and DIY products.
