A DANISH homewares store will be giving away free items to the first 100 shoppers as part of its grand opening in Bracknell.

Søstrene Grene will open its new store on Friday, September 1 at 10am in the Lexicon.

The first 100 customers will be treated to a £60 voucher for a tufted rug and a canvas goodie bag with various products.

The international retailer will bring its signature Scandi style to Bracknell, including contemporary interiors, hobby items, children’s toys, soft furniture and kitchen accessories.

UK Joint Venture partners, Norma Jacob and Richard Power, who run Søstrene Grene stores across England, Scotland and Northern Ireland, are looking forward to the new store opening.

Norma Jacob, comments: “The Lexicon is a great shopping and leisure destination, so we’re really looking forward to the grand opening and sharing our aesthetic products with Bracknell residents.”

Søstrene Grene in Bracknell is the second Berkshire store, following the opening of the Newbury store in 2022.

The Bracknell location will also see Søstrene Grene’s new store concept, ‘Retail for the Senses’.

This will incorporate the store’s layout, lighting and classical music, to create a “unique shopping experience designed to invoke the senses”.

Richard Power added: “It’s a very exciting time for the brand as we continue to expand throughout the UK. Each opening invites new customers to explore the wonderful world of Søstrene Grene and we have plenty more exciting launches in the pipeline.”
