A NEW mum, who won the house of her dreams as part of the Omaze million-pound draw has said that she ‘loves her new life’.

Becca Pott, 32, scooped the £3.5 million mansion in Ascot after paying £10 for a ticket that helps raise funds for a cancer charity.

Despite many people flogging their prize homes, which are often halfway across the country, the family has chosen to keep the mansion which sits in the heart of the Royal Borough.

The Sun stated that Becca told The Sunday Times: "We always knew we were going to move in and enjoy it for at least that first summer, just to experience living in a place like this as a family.

"But after a few weeks we realised we didn’t want to leave - so decided we should keep it.

"We have a toddler, so having all the extra space and a beautiful garden for her to explore has been incredible. It all feels natural now and like it really is our family home."

The decision to live in their multi-million-pound prize home has only been made by three Omaze winners in the last three years.

Out of the 15 winners, most choose to flog or rent them out after the win.

The 32-year-old moved into the house in 2022 with her husband Ben and their first child Ava.

At the time, Becca was on maternity leave from her job as a finance analyst.

They left their two-bedroom flat in Leyton in East London, which they bought in 2017 for the luxurious Ascot £3,500,000 mansion.

The couple found out they’d scooped the main prize when the team from Omaze paid a surprise visit to their flat.

Ben was in a supermarket at the time so had to rush home to hear the good news.

The Ascot mansion, which they have now settled into, is a white stucco property with stunning views overlooking a beautiful private garden.

It boasts high ceilings throughout with a state-of-the-art kitchen, five bedrooms, three dressing rooms, four luxury bathrooms, a spacious drawing room, a family orangery, a night kitchen, a hot tub, and a three-car garage.
