SEVERAL roads in Bracknell Forest and Wokingham will be closed over the next few weeks due to roadworks.

Motorists can be expected to face diversions or delays this week whilst maintenance works take place.

 

A33 Swallowfield Bypass Northbound

The Swallowfield Bypass Northbound closure will be in place between Welsh Lane and Mereoak Lane between Wednesday, June 21, and Friday, June 23

The closure will take place from 8pm to 6am, to allow Wokingham Borough Council to carry out resurfacing works.

 

A329M Reading bound

This closure will be in place between Winnersh Triangle and Coppid Beech on Thursday, June 22.

The closure will be between 8pm and 6am to allow Wokingham Borough Council to carry out highway maintenance.

 

Eversley Road, Arborfield

A327 Eversley Road in Arborfield, will be closed between Poperhinge Way and A327 Observer Way for two days.

The road closure will be in place from 7pm to 6am on June 15 and 16. 

This is to carry out structural maintenance resurfacing works.

Eversley Road is set to have another closure, between NMR Ext and Church Road on June 19 to 21. This stretch of road will be closed from 7pm to 6am to allow Wokingham Borough Council to carry out resurfacing works.

 

Molly Millars Lane, Wokingham

Molly Millars Lane in Wokingham will have two-way traffic lights in place from Sunday, June 18 to Friday, July 7.

These lights will be in place between Oaklands Drive and Ashville Way, between 9.30am-3.30pm to allow Wokingham Borough Council to install a new pedestrian crossing.

The two-way traffic lights may cause minor disruption to motorists travelling along Molly Millars Lane. 

The new pedestrian crossing will provide a safer crossing for Lidl, Ashville Way, customers.

 

Linkeway, Crowthorne

The Linkway, Crowthorne, closure will be in place between Greenside and Edgecumbe Park Drive on Monday, June 19 to Friday, June 23.

This is to allow SEW to renew a leaking communication pipe.
