A landowner has applied to make changes to an approved seven home development off Chavey Down, Winkfield Row.

While the homes appear to be built, a planning document states that access arrangements approved in May 2020 are no longer deliverable due to a land ownership change.

The developer is also seeking changes to the drainage, parking and landscaping while the finishing touches to the small estate are being made.
