Homes are set to be built on a school playing fields in Bracknell following planning consent being granted.

Elsewhere, a production company has applied to use Swinley Forest for filming, and owners have applied for extensions to their homes in Wokingham.

A plan to build four homes at Ranelagh School Playing Fields in Larges Lane was approved at the end of February.

The plan involves building two sets of two semi-detached homes, with each coming with four bedrooms, a kitchen and living area and a sizeable garage.

The two new buildings will be located off Larges Lane next to the Charnwood House, on the field owned by Ranelagh School.

Now, the developer has submitted details of the conditions of the approval that they must comply with, including details relating to access, construction, landscaping and more. You can view the applications here:

Production company Planit Films has applied to temporarily change the use of Whitmore Bog in Ascot so it can be used for filming.

The site is currently used by Winter Wonderland, but the company that runs the event Lapland UK is not using the land.

Therefore, Planit Films has applied for its use to be temporarily changed.

The company has presitigous clients including Netflix and Amazon, and has helped out in films such as 1917, 007: Skyfall and the Star Wars franchise.

The owner of 165 Old Woosehill Lane has applied to build a two storey side extension and single storey front and rear extensions to their home following the demolition of exisiting outbuildings.

The extensions would allow the home to be reconfigured across two floors.

On the ground floor, enlarged living quarters would be provided with essentials such as the kitchen and lounge being relocated.

Upstairs, there are currently has four bedrooms.

The extensions would create a new bedroom with an ensuite and dressing room, with an existing bedroom becoming a bathroom.

Big changes to home and lodge in Finchampstead (Wokingham app 230564)

The owners of Foxdale in Heath Ride, have applied to add a two storey front extension and an infill extension to their home, as well as a converting the garage into habitable accommodation.

The garage would be converted into a cinema room and store room, and upstairs, the owners would be able to add a guest suite, bringing the total number of bedrooms to five.

The home currently provides lodging according to Google Maps.
