With Mother's Day just a week away, a spa break might be just what is needed whether a gift or a treat yourself moment.

We've rounded up the best and most popular spas in Berkshire, with the help of spabreaks.com.

Situated close to Ascot Racecourse in Sunninghill, this spa includes a thermal suite. Using luxury products, guests can indulge in a massage or facial, before enjoying an external hydrotherapy pool. The spa has views of the Berkshire countryside.

2. Crowne Plaza Reading East

Bracknell News:

Located in Winnerish, this spa has 'contemporary facilities' including a swimming pool, sauna and steam room as well as a comprehensive gym with fitness classes. Guests can also enjoy being pampered with a facial, massage or a body scrub.

3. Doubletree by Hilton, St. Anne’s Manor

Bracknell News:

This spa in Wokingham benefits from relaxing features, such as a fitness room and pool for working out and a wide selection of beauty treatments for your face and body.

4. Donnington Valley

Bracknell News:

Situated in Newbury, this spa is an 'ideal getaway' for a weekend or overnight stay. It benefits from an 18-hole golf course and a health club with a gym. A pool and 'tranquil' spa can also be found on-site, including seven treatment rooms including a duo, where facials, massages and scrubs offer the 'ultimate in time out'.

5. The Vineyard

Also located in Newbury is The Vineyard where you can stay in a 'vintage' hotel and enjoy signature treatments, using elements from the vineyard such as red grapes. Described as 'utterly romantic', a circular-shaped swimming pool overlooks the grounds and double treatment rooms are available for couples.
