According to new data by Free Office Finder, the UK is "home to some of the most desirable postcodes and properties in the world."
Known for offering a "unique blend" of affluent lifestyles, stunning architecture and beautiful surroundings, one Berkshire postcode has made the top 30.
Sunningdale, located in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead has been named as the 21st most desired postcode.
Just a stone's throw away from Ascot, Sunningdale is a large village with a retail area and civil parish.
Postcodes in the area begin with SL5, taking up the extreme south east corner of Berkshire.
House prices in the area average out at just over a million, with property buyers typically spending £1,272,978.
Currently, home to 5,636 residents, the area is well connected with trains to London Waterloo and key roads just off the outskirts of the village.
Neighbouring the area, Virginia Water has been named the 17th most desirable postcode and Henley-on-Thames the 12th most desirable.
