New food hygiene ratings have been handed to restaurant and takeaways across Bracknell, Ascot, and Wokingham this autumn.

During these inspections, the various eateries are rated on their food management, cleanliness and hygienic food hygiene making sure customers are receiving the best experience.

The food hygiene inspections are undertaken by both the council and the food standards authority where they award food outlets a score between one and five.

In the last 3 months there has only been one establishment inspected in Bracknell, compared to the 14 that were rated during the summer months.

Here are the various food outlets across all three areas that have been given new food hygiene ratings.

Bracknell

Tang’s Oriental Buffet Restaurant – 4 stars

In February 2020 this food outlet was awarded two stars and has therefore improved its food hygiene and standard over the last two years.
