A dedicated McDonald’s employee will join 4000 riders in this year’s London to Brighton charity cycle.

On September 11, Aiden Lancaster has chosen to take part in the 55 mile journey to raise money for the Ronald McDonald House Charity.

Inspired by the companies charitable work, his goal is to raise the profile of the charity and raise £1000 to mark the end of his five year education as a management apprentice.

“In being sponsored for my degree, McDonald’s has invested so much in me”, Aidan remarked, “So planning and undertaking this fundraising event has not only been a really interesting final degree project, but has given me a brilliant opportunity to give something back.”

The McDonald’s that Aiden has completed his five-year McDonald’s management degree with is The Keep in Wildridings, Bracknell.

His degree will be completed when he breaks the ribbon at the finish line on the Brighton Sea Front.

So far, he has raised £730 out of his £1,000 target.
