The next phase of a 1500 home development at Finchwood Park has been approved with 3 more parcels of land sold to a local housebuilder.

Cala Homes announced that phases 7,8 and 9 of the project has consented for 135 homes to be build by Barratt Homes.

This is one step further towards the master development which will include a neighbourhood centre, a primary school, 1500 homes, 29.7 acres of suitable alternative natural greenspace and a new road extension.

The development in Finchampstead is a 10-minute drive from Crowthorne and Wokingham making it the perfect neighbourhood for commuters.

Barratt Southern Counties development of these homes will also accelerate the delivery of the new homes in this area.
