Ascot and Wokingham have become some of Bracknell Forest’s most renowned areas for reported burglaries.
The extravagant houses throughout the small Berkshire towns are seen as a hotspot for criminals looking for expensive belongings.
Below are the most common streets targeted by burglars throughout the month of July and beginning of August.
New Road, North Ascot
The latest burglary happened in North Ascot on August 1 where the offender smashed the front door window and raided the home on New Road.

He approached the house in the early afternoon and escaped with a large amount of jewellery.
The homeowner returned to discover that the house was accessed through the window that was smashed and un-locked from the inside.
Buckhurst Road, South Ascot
On Wednesday, July 27 between 4:30pm and 8:45pm a bike was stolen after a theif snuck into the rear garden of a house on Buckhurst Road in South Ascot.
This was said to be ‘a Cube child’s mountain bike.

New Mill Road, Wokingham
David Doyle, aged 40, of Harmood Street, London, and Casey Lawless, aged 34, of Woodberry Grove, London, were charged on Saturday (16/7) with one count each of burglary and going equipped for theft.
The property happened on New Mill Road between Farley Hill, Wokingham, and Eversley, Hampshire, at around 12.30pm on Friday (15/7).
