A police cordon has been erected within Woodford Park in Woodley this morning (2/8) due to an incident that occurred involving an un-explained death.
The unexplained death involved a 32 year-old man who’s next of kin has been contacted and supported by officers.
The death which was announced by Thames Valley Police this morning was said to be non-suspicious.

The cordon was placed at the park entrance in Reading Road and stretched to the adjacent path close to the school gates.
Four police officers and two police cars were present at the scene.
Thames Valley Police said: “Please avoid the area but be assured there is no wider threat to the public.
“There will be increased police presence throughout the day.”
