UNDERAGE drinkers and picnickers have been causing havoc for police officers in Wokingham during the summer holidays.
Police patrolling beauty spots across Wokingham have been busy keeping residents safe.
In a warning on social media the force said: "It’s been a productive set of shifts for us on the Wokingham South NHPT."
The police officers managed to confiscate alcohol from underaged people who were having a party in a park and put out a disposable BBQ that was reported to them by a member of the public.
A warning has been issued on the risks disposable barbecues can cause, especially as it was lit directly on dry grass.
As well as this, the neighbourhood policing team assisted on the cordons of scene watches and stopped shoplifters.
