Bracknell Town Centre has been busy this summer, welcoming new and exciting stores to the town. This also includes relocating some stores into the luxury of The Lexicon.

The shopping complex which received a massive blow during Covid has seen a come-back worthy of the shops within it.

Although town centres have seen rising rent prices due to cost-of-living increases, it hasn't discouraged big brands from wanting to locate to Bracknell Town Centre.

As well as the opening of new stores, existing Bracknell shops have started to relocate to the centre hub in search of more trade and better foot fall.

We have come up with a list of shops that will be moving to Bracknell over the course of the Summer.

Laser Clinics

Opening: Friday, July 29 in Braccan Walk

Laser Clinics has more than 180 clinics globally, making it the largest cosmetic clinic in the world.  Its global team of 1600 trained staff perform 2.5 million treatments a year.

 

Hat and Home – Independent Estate Agent

Opening: September on Braccan Walk

This is the indepent businesses third branch since launching the business in 2021. The new branch will feature Hat and Home’s signature bowler hat lights and exposed brick walls.

Hobbs – British womenswear brand

Opening: August, 10 2022 on 14 The Avenue

The British womenswear store will take the place of the old Jack Wills store in the Lexicon.

Hobbs has grown from strength to strength since it began in 1981 with it’s contemporary but timeless fashions.

 

Gymfinity Kids

Opening: August 22, 2022 in Princess Square.

Gymfinity Kids is opening after being delayed due to Covid with its goal to inspire children to keep fit, improve their health, strength and wellbeing, but above all to have fun. This will create 20 new jobs for local residents.

 

O2

Opening: August 2022 to Braccan Walk

The O2 store in Princess Square will locating to a larger unit in Braccan Walk.

 

Rob Morris, general manager at The Lexicon says:  “We are delighted to welcome these new retailers to The Lexicon, all of which will be open by the end of August. 

"Interest in The Lexicon remains buoyant and we hope to be able to announce yet further new arrivals to the town centre in the coming weeks.”

 

Following the Summer months, shops such as Sports Direct and Wimpy will be making their way to, and relocating to The Lexicon.
