AN AUDI driver was stopped in Sandhurst last night for speeding through the town.

Thames Valley Polices' road policing unit caught the driver speeding on Saturday night (July 16).

The Audi A3 driver was checked by police and officers discovered they had been driving without insurance.

To top it off, the driver was driving on a provisional licence with no learner plates displayed and unsupervised.

Police said: "The driver is now having to walk as they have no insurance and were driving on their provisional licence with no L plates displayed and unsupervised."
