Peachy commented: “An act of vandalism, or an artwork…whichever way you look at them, the point is…you are still looking at them. Paintings on walls have been appearing since the stone age and guess what…they are still appearing now. Whether they are used to tell a story or an act of mindless vandalism…it is not going away.

“Although my artworks are considered a ‘crime’ in which I do not deny – you will not see me splashing tags around and spraying bus stops and trains, this is not my ambition nor my goal.

Peachy has announced that anyone that is following his Instagram page, _peachyofficial, will be given free entry to the event on Saturday.

A raffle will also be taking place for a chance to win an original artwork on canvas, a signed print, spray cans in glass domes and t-shirts.

The artist added: “I want people to look at the artworks I sometimes leave behind and gain something from them. I want them to just for a few seconds, let people forget all the negative that is going on around them and gain some enjoyment from the works.

“Some will like them – others…not so much, but they will carry on appearing either way and hopefully bring enjoyment to most in the process…and if not…well…at least I’ve had my fun.”
