The world – famous Frank Sinatra and Marilyn Monroe tribute act will be heading to South Hill Park this month for this first time in 25 years.

The Rat pack - the longest running Sinatra tribute act in the UK have performed all over the world with celebrities and well-known TV personalities moving through their ranks.

The act includes performers David Alacey paying tribute to Frank Sinatra, ITV News Central broadcaster Des Coleman in Sammy Davis Jnr. mode and Paul Drakeley taking off Dean Martin.

"Audiences can expect an accurate recreation of a concert by Frank, Dean and Sammy not just during their time at the Sands, but also later in their careers when they swapped intimate casinos for arenas and stadiums," says David.

"This also gives us the artistic license to include audience favourites such as My Way, Mr Bojangles and New York New York which came after the Sands period.

"Obviously receiving the stamp of approval from the late Buddy Greco who used to hang out in Vegas with the guys, proved to us we are getting it right and that means a lot."

Buddy Greco, Frank Sinatra’s former band member shared vocals with Davis Alacey following the groups trip to Las Vegas, after which he moved to the UK for a time. The Jazz great once said: "As for David Alacey - well this guy really is Sinatra! It's frightening." The Sinatra Estate remarked ‘his recording of the theme from New York New York for Atari Games is too close for comfort.’
