Students from three Bracknell Forest Primary schools presented their entries for judging at this years 2022 3M Innovators Challenge.
On June 6, the boys and girls from Fox Hill, Crowthorne Church of England and Cranbourne Primary School took part in the challenge to display their STEM skills.
Teams from the schools took part in the AeroTech Challenge and the Slo-Mo Marble Challenge, both designed to test principles such as structures, forces and gravity and inspire a love of STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) subjects.
For the new AeroTech Challenge, the youngsters created a glider and launch pad based on a classic aircraft design and for the Slo-Mo Marble run challenge, many creative ideas were on display with inspiration ranging from funfairs and a zoo to the four seasons.
Prizes will be presented on June 17 by the guest of hour, Bracknell MP James Sunderland.
