A SHOPKEEPER has been fined hundreds for selling alcohol to person aged under 18-year's-old.
Rajinder Machendra, 44 of Wildridings Square, Bracknell, appeared in Reading Magistrates Court on May 20.
Machendra pleaded guilty to selling alcohol to a person aged under 18 on September 23, 2021 in Bracknell.
This is contrary to section 146(1) and (7) of the Licensing Act 2003.
Machendra has been discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £22.
They have been made to pay £222 in court fees.
