CRAFTERS have been creative decorating postboxes ahead of the Platinum Jubilee.

The Queen and a purple crown have been knitted and placed on top of the post box in Wokingham.

Crochet group Barkham Hookers have been sharing their 'yarn bombing' creations on social media.

Wokingham Borough Council shared their hardwork and said: "The season of Royal festivities is drawing near and we’re hooked on these beautiful crochet post box toppers the talented Barkham Hookers have made to celebrate Her Majesty The Queen's Platinum Jubilee.

"How many have you spotted across the borough?"

The Queen's Platinum Jubilee takes place on Thursday, June 2 until Sunday, June 5.
