Plan for a new dog training facility at Ashley Farm (22/00376/FUL)

Bracknell News:

Plans outlining the proposed part retrospective change of use of an agricultural barn and associated land to a dog training facility have been submitted to the council.

The site, at Ashley Farm on Bottle Lane in Warfield, would be used for a dog training centre serving private dog-owning clients and operated by qualified personnel.

The use has been operating on site since January 2020, which has so far received no complaints.

A separate application submitted deals with the use of three fields elsewhere on Ashley Farm for casual dog walking and exercise by the general public.

Proposal to build a new three-bedroom residential home on Fernbank Road (22/00369/FUL)

Bracknell News:

A plan has been submitted proposing the erection of a three-bedroom residential home on the land within the gardens of 146 and 148 Fernbank Road.

As well as the development of a new detached dwelling, the submission outlines plans for the formation of new garden areas, creation of new driveway with three off-street car parking spaces and new boundary treatments.

The dwelling is proposed to be split over three different levels on the 0.07 hectares site.

The applicants are siblings who own the properties at 146 and 148 Fernbank Road and want to build a property adjacent to each other. The occupants of 148 can no longer reside there as the home is too small, doesn’t have a driveway and doesn’t meet their needs.
