POLICE are investigating a garage break in after security cameras caught a man climbing over a gate.
The break-in happened in the early hours of Wedneday, May 18, at 2.05am.
CCTV cameras picked up two men standing outside a gate to a property in The Glade, just off Woodend Drive in Sunninghill, Ascot.
Police said 'the security cameras monitoring the entrance gate and the garage, were activated at 02.07am to 02:08am'.
The entrance gate to the communal gardens was damaged and a technician said the sensor in the gate had been disconnected.
Police have seen CCTV footage which shows two men lurking outside the gate.
Thames Valley Police said: "One man climbed over the gate and entered the property. He went directly a garage near the house and shone a light into the garage windows and attempted to open the door which is locked and left.
"He can then be seen to try the door of a car on the drive. He then heads back to the entrance gate."
