Police seized and destroyed six bladed weapons from people in North Bracknell this week.
The articles fell under a new law, the Offensive Weapons Act 2019, which made certain items illegal to possess even at home.
Thames Valley Police are urging residents to become more familiar with the law.

Knuckledusters, throwing stars and zombie knives are three weapons covered by the legislation.
There are often amnesty bins at Police Stations where these weapons can be disposed of.
