A man will face a re-trial next year after jurors were unable to reach verdicts on allegations of robbery and tendering counterfeit currency.
Ezekiel Amusan, 20, was alleged by prosecutors to have robbed a Cowley man of his PlayStation 4 after arranging via classifieds website Gumtree to buy in for £300 in September 2020.

He denied the allegation and another charge of tendering six counterfeit £50 notes. The young man told Oxford Crown Court that he may have touched the notes – on which his fingerprints were found – during the shooting of a rap music video.
The 12-member jury were out deliberating for more than a day before confirming they were unable to reach verdicts.
Amusan, of Carpenter Close, Oxford, was bailed awaiting his retrial next February.
