A BRACKNELL firm has been crowned one of the best for flexible working in the UK, a study has found.

Waitrose & Partners, based in Bracknell, has made it into the top ten most flexible employers, according to people-powered job board Breakroom.

It revealed the top 25 employers for flexibility according to the people who actually work there.

Waitrose sits just below OpenReach, rated first and NHS Wales, in second.

Other firms in the top ten include Argos, Spire Healthcare, Transport for London, Tesco, NHS Scotland, Wickes and Nando’s.

Anna Maybank, co-founder and CEO at Breakroom, said: “We’ve built the first people-powered jobs site that helps users find a good job.

Ms Maybank said she also knows these aren’t always included in job adverts or descriptions.

“We don’t just simply get people to rate their job

“From this survey, we are able to produce a unique Breakroom score for their job and an employer rating they can trust, meaning users can find a job that meets their needs.”
