A DRIVER has been fined for using a mobile phone behind the wheel in Bracknell.
David Barnes, of St Vincents Road, Kent, appeared in Wycombe Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, April 12.
Barnes was caught using a mobile phone whilst travelling on the A329 Berkshire Way, Bracknell road on February 27, 2021.

The 49-year-old pleaded guilty and the judge disqualified him for holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.
Using mobile phones whilst driving was made illegal in March 25, 2022, prohibiting the use of taking photos, videos, scrolling, changing music playlists and playing games.
Barnes has been ordered to pay a £40 fine, victims surcharge of £34 and costs of £40.
The total of £114 is to be paid by May 10.
