Many celebrities and famous faces have been spotted across Bracknell Forest and surrounding areas throughout the years.

Our readers shared some interesting stories on who they have seen in and around the area.

From boy bands, to Royals and TV personalities, Bracknell has seen many a name or two pass through the town.

Cliff Richard, Olivia Coleman and David Tenant were some of the most spotted celebs by our readers.

In the 80’s and 90’s, the band ‘Five star’ were regulars in Bracknell town centre, with many people seeing them in their younger days in Princess Square.

Once known for their extravagant lifestyle they were even seen flashing their cash in local car dealerships.

Darren Pawson said: “I used to work at Michael Moores, Bagshot road Audi VW garage back in the early 90s as a car mechanic and five star come in and brought 5 Audi Quattros which was funny when only 3 had driving licences.”

Due to it’s proximity to Windsor, Ascot and Eton, many royals have been seen in Bracknell, including Prince Harry in his younger days.

Renata Clayton explained: “Prince Harry when he was at Eton going to McDonald’s with his mates. I saw him in the princess square car park.”

With the Ozone skating rink on Bracknell’s doorstep, many sporting legends have visited to enjoy some time on the ice. Stephanie Sellers said that she saw the former short track speed skater, Wilf O’Reilley after winning the world record.

Robin Cousins, Petr Cech and Matt Allright have also been seen at the famous skating rink throughout the years.

Julia Laura Westwood, while working at the Blue Mountain golf course served the entire All Black’s rugby team on a trip to the UK.

One location in Bracknell that seen lots of celebs was MGM motors in Cranbourne, where many stopped to fuel up on their way through Berkshire.

With Ascot on the outskirts, famous faces such as Katie Price and Jeremy Clarkson have been seen by the famous racecourse.

Christina Anderson, who spotted Cliff Richards at Longacres, said that the singing legend almost run her over. Talk about star struck!
