"We have visited the Old Hatchet before and on each occasion at least one of our dishes has astonished is with its depth of flavour and we were certainly not let down this time either.
"The Korean BBQ wings were crunchy on the outside with super soft meat and a taste explosion on the palate and my crab and Portobello mushroom bisque was exquisite.
"How anyone can cram so much taste into a mouthful of soup is an incredible culinary feat - I can't imagine the work that goes into creating something that sublime. All in all another 10/10, A++++, 5* visit. We shall return with expectations sky high so no pressure chef!!"
