Cocaine dealing, public nuisance, and obstructing police: Details are emerging of suspected offences committed during a 100-strong illegal rave near Bracknell.

Ravers hauled a generator and what appeared to be thousands of pounds-worth of amps to Devil’s Highway in Crowthorne Woods for a 14 hour party on Saturday night (March 19).

Riot police dispersed the crowds at around 2pm on Sunday and arrested four men, one of whom has been charged.

A 22-year-old man from Harrow, London, was arrested on suspicion of dealing cocaine, MDMA, cannabis and nitrous oxide. He has been released under investigation.

Scott Williams, 29, of Abingdon Road, Steventon, Oxfordshire, was charged with obstructing or resisting a constable in execution of their duty on March 21. He was bailed to appear at Reading Magistrates’ Court on April 28.

A 29-year-old man from Colchester, Essex, was arrested on suspicion of public nuisance, failure to leave land and possession of cannabis. He was bailed until April 17.

A 33-year-old man from Ludgershall, Buckinghamshire, was arrested on suspicion of public nuisance and failure to leave land. He was bailed until April 17.
