The following cases were heard at Reading and Slough Magistrates’ Courts: 

March 10

CRAIG CUMERSDALE, 44, of St Andrews, Bracknell, admitted breaching a domestic violence protection order in Bracknell on March 9, 2022. Fined £50. 

March 11

TERRENCE SMITH, 54, of Mabett Close, Wokingham, convicted of possession of a fighting dog, namely an American pit bull terrier. Ordered that the dog be destroyed unless an appeal is lodged in 21 days as a danger to the public. Community order made. Requirement to take part in up to 15 days of rehabilitation activities. Must pay £157.29 in compensation. 
JADE ROBERTS, 30, of St Johns Road, Sandhurst, admitted four counts of theft by finding, one count of theft by an employee, namely stealing £320 in cash and products from a woman, and one count of theft in Bracknell between October 3, 2019, and November 11, 2019. 
ZINO JACKSON, 19, of Sarum Crescent, Wokingham, convicted of travelling on a railway in Reading without having paid a fare on August 28 2021. Fined £220, made to pay compensation of £4 and ordered to pay £214 in court fees. 
LOLA KIMBLE, 23, of Broad Lane, Bracknell, convicted of travelling on a railway in Reading without having paid a fare on August 28 2021. Fined £220, made to pay compensation of £2.80 and ordered to pay £214 in court fees.
