A series of adjustments have been made to plans across the Bracknell area.

This includes changes to a 54 home plan between Bracknell and Wokingham.

And elsewhere a kebab van owner has applied to set up in Sandhurst.

Adjustment to 54 home plan in Bracknell (22/00034/FUL)

Housebuilding company Taylor Wimpey has applied to make changes to its plan to build 54 homes on the outskirts of Bracknell.

In December 2019, Taylor Wimpey won approval to build the 54 homes next to Coppid Beech House in London Road, Binfield, under planning permission 19/01118/FUL.

Now, the housebuilders have adjusted the plan, making minor alterations to the  layout to relocate pump station, remove a sub-station, relocate visitor parking and re-align some of the plots.

When complete, the development will provide a mix of two, three, four and five bed homes, 14 of which will be affordable.

Kebab van for Sandhurst Memorial Park (21/01170/FUL)

Mehmet Ilze, the owner of a kebab and burger van, has applied to set himself up at Sandhurst Memorial Park.

If approved, the kebab van would be located in the car park, operating between 4pm and 10pm, prior to the car park’s closure.

The van won’t be far away from Bottom Meadow, which is the home of Sandhurst Town FC and the new home of Bracknell Town FC.

New location for swimming pool at grand house in Binfield (21/01189/LB)

The owners of Binfield Lodge have applied to make changes to its plan for an outdoor swimming pool.

Originally, the owners had applied for a pool with a stone tile finish, with the appearance of an ornamental reflecting pool rather than a brightly coloured swimming pool, in a plan approved in December 2011, under permission 11/00863/LB.

Now, the owners want to remove those tile finishes, make the pool retractable and the adjust the location so it sits on the south lawn of Binfield Lodge.

The house is Grade II listed.

Adjustments to Traveller pitches in Barkham (Wokingham app 220294)

Here, the applicants Mr and Mrs Price have made changes to an approved plan to create eight Gypsy and Traveller pitches in the space of three existing pitches at Honeysuckle Lodge in Barkham.

They won approval to make the rearrangements, to create a total of eight pitches, in June 2021 under planning consent  203626.

Now, they have made adjustments which involve change the internal road layout and day rooms that are part of the current application.
