Replacement of outbuilding with extension in Harmans Water (21/00922/FUL)
The owners of 25 Drovers Way in Bracknell have applied to demolish an existing outbuilding and replace it with an extension.
The outbuildings are currently used as storage, with the owners wanting to replace them with an extension to their kitchen.
The extension would require internal works to be done inside the home, which involve demolishing existing walls so the kitchen can be moved backwards.

The extension would encroach into the ‘assumed boundary’ of their neighbours living in number 24 if the extension is given approval.
Application for six homes in Shinfield (Wokingham app 213681)
Developers have applied to build six homes next to Lane End House in Shinfield Road, Shinfield.
Of the homes, four will be detached and two will be semi detached.
A landscaping masterplan submitted with the application shows new hedgerows to give new occupants their privacy.
As well as that, each new home comes with two car parking spaces, with two spaces reserved for visitors.
New gym or office and other additions to Wargrave home (Wokingham app 213543)
The owners of Up the Creek in Wargrave have applied to build two extensions to their home, convert their garage into habitable accommodation, and build a new two storey garage with space upstairs for a gym or an office.
Submitted plans show that the owners want to extend the home so they can make an open plan kitchen and dining room area.
The existing garage would effectively be transformed into a studio bedroom, with its own shower and toilet and modest living room.
Floor plans for the new garage -seen in the gallery above- show space for two cars and three bikes downstairs, with an upper floor having a shower and toilet.
The rest of the upper floor is left blank, giving the owner’s flexibility to either use it as a gym or an office.
