Plan to build nine homes in village near Ascot submitted

Developers have submitted a plan to demolish a house and build nine new homes in a village near Ascot.

The applicant  Antler Homes has applied to demolish Larkfield in Chavey Down Road, Winkfield Row, and build nine homes on the field to its rear.

How your MP voted on plan to stop sewage being dumped into rivers

BERKSHIRE MPs last week voted on an amendment to a bill that would have placed a legal duty on water companies to reduce raw sewage discharges into rivers.

MPs voted to remove a Lords amendment by 264 votes to 204.
