RUMOURS have circulated online that Killing Eve is being filmed in Bracknell town centre.

The psychological thriller follows the lives of assassin Villanelle (Jodie Comer) and Eve (Sandra Oh) where the two are fighting a world of espionage and conspiracy.

Killing Eve is already BBC iPlayer’s biggest non-continuous drama of all time, with nearly 100 million requests to watch series one and two so far.

And the possibility of the show being filmed in Bracknell has also got residents talking.

Rumours have been circulating online since Monday, October 25, that Killing Eve is being filmed at Bracknell Bus Station.

It comes after residents spotted camera crews in the cafe of the bus station filming for the majority of the day.

One resident said: "They have been filming Killing Eve in Bracknell using various locations and a hotel."

Others also spotted camera crews outside Coppid Beech Hotel in Bracknell.

Another also said: "They’re defo filming killing eve are the coppid beech hotel."

Bracknell is no stranger to appearing in films and TV shows.

The location has been used for ITV's Unforgotten, Broadchurch, Hollywood blockbusters including Harry Potter and Eddie the Eagle.

For Killing Eve fans, sadly this isn't the case.

We contacted the BBC and they confirmed that filming is not taking place for Killing Eve.

A spokesman said: "Filming for Killing Eve did not take place at Bracknell Bus Station on Monday 25th."
