The following cases were heard at Reading and Slough Magistrates’ Courts


September 8 

ROMEO STEFANESCU, 53, of Kelvin Gate, Bracknell, admitted drink driving on Ralphs Ride, Bracknell, on November 1, 2019. Caught with 85 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the limit being 35mcg per 100ml. Banned from driving for 20 months. Fined £250 and ordered to pay £659 in court fees. 
JESY CAMPBELL, 31, of Lower Broadmoor Road, Crowthorne, admitted six counts of assault by beating in Crowthorne on December 29, 2020 and January 1, 2021. Must pay compensation of £600.

September 9 

NAHAD SALIM, 23, of Norreys Avenue, Wokingham, admitted possession of driving licences for use in the course of or in connection with a fraud. Also admitted possession of cannabis at Reading train care depot on January 11, 2021. Community order made. Requirement to carry out 60 hours of unpaid work. Must pay £180 in court fees. 

September 10

MARC STAY, 45, of Benbricke Green, Bracknell, convicted of drink driving on St Leonards Road, Windsor, on November 25, 2019. Caught with 94 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the limit being 35mcg per 100ml. Admitted failing to stop after a road accident in Windsor on the same date. Banned from driving for 24 months. Community order made. Requirement to take part in up to 15 rehabilitation activity days. Fined £200 and must pay £595 in court fees. 

September 13

LIAM GODFREY, 22, of Potter Crescent, Wokingham, admitted assaulting an emergency worker in Wokingham on January 25, 2019. Community order made. Requirement to carry out 100 hours unpaid work. Must pay compensation of £250.
