ROAD offences are pretty common in Berkshire Magistrates Courts, with a range of crimes heard by judges.

One such offence is driving on a road or a public place without third party insurance.

If defendants are found guilty of this offence, they can face hefty fines, be given points on their licence or be banned from driving.

Here are drivers from Bracknell who have been fined.

Joseph Owusu, of Redvers Road, Bracknell, was fined £660 for driving car without third party insurance in Bracknell in September 2020.

The 19-year-old was caught driving a Mercedes Benz on Bagshot Road.

He appeared at Oxfordshire Magistrates' Court Magistrates Court in April 2021.

Sam Cleeton, 27 of New Road, Ascot, was caught by police driving a Toyota Auris on London Road, Bracknell without having third party insurance.

He appeared in court on Tuesday, September 14 and was ordered to pay a £660 fine.

Abigail Phillips of Flycatcher Keep, Bracknell, allowed another person to drive on the M1 motorway in Sheffield without having third party insurance in July 2020.

She was fined £660 and appeared in the absence of Sheffield Magistrates' Court on August 2021.

Archie Greenway was caught driving a vehicle without third party insurance on December 2020 in Vigar Way, Bracknell.

The 28-year-old from Wordsworth, Bracknell pleaded guilty on March 9 at Buckinghamshire Magistrate's Court.

He was fined £484.

Luke Tidy of Critcher Close, Bracknell, was fined £461 for driving silver BMW without third party insurance in Crowthorne.

The 44-year-old pleaded guilty at Wycombe Magistrates' Court on April 13.
