THE MOST and least vaccinated areas in the county have been revealed as children over 12 are now eligible for the Covid jab

The vaccine figures have been revealed today after health leaders approved first doses of the Pfizer vaccine for 12 and 15-year-old's on Monday.

Some areas of Berkshire are more far behind than others when it comes to the number of adults who have received the coronavirus vaccine.

A total of 1,277,322 people have had both doses of the vaccine in Berkshire.

Data revealed in an interactive map published by the Government shows the percentage of adults vaccinated up to and including July 18.

Altogether, more than a million jabs have been given, but there are areas in the county that have seen a larger uptake than others so far.

For example, Cookham & Waltham has the highest percentage of adults who have had their first dose with a figure of 88.2 per cent as of Monday, September 12.
