A NEW gym will be moving into the Winnersh Triangle business park this week.

MOVE HQ, a brand new state-of-the-art gym has agreed to move into the 17,000 sq. ft space on Eskdale Road, Winnersh Triangle, and will officially open with an exclusive launch event on Saturday, August 14.

The team will also be joined by sports personalities including Canadian Soccer Player Junior Hoilett, Nedum Onuoha, Former Professional Footballer who played for Manchester City and England U21 team.

The new gym will be equipped with a selection of strength, conditioning and cardio equipment including a three-lane 35m sprint track, lifting racks, Olympic lifting stations and cardiovascular equipment – with regular sessions and workshops available for all abilities.

Treatment rooms run by Active Health Clinics, including Chiropractic treatments, sports massage, acupuncture, and reflexology are also available.
