SOME areas of Bracknell Forest are farther behind than others when it comes to the number of adults who have received the coronavirus vaccine.

The latest data from Public Health England show a total of 85,807 people have had their first dose of the vaccine in the borough while 67,175 have had their second dose.

Data revealed in an interactive map published by the government, shows the percentage of adults vaccinated up to and including July 26.

Altogether, 152,982 jabs have been given, but there are areas in the borough that have seen a larger uptake than others so far.

For example, Chavey Down & North Ascot West has the highest percentage of adults who have had their first dose with a figure of 85.1 per cent as of Monday.

While Bullbrook has the lowest percentage of first doses given at 76.8 per cent.
