The following cases were heard at Reading and Slough Magistrates’ Courts:

April 27
REBECCA HONES, 29, of Oakengates, Bracknell, admitted drink-driving on Deansgate Road in Reading on March 27, 2021. She was caught with 80 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the limit being 35mcg. She was banned from driving for 19 months. Also fined £115, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34, and must pay court costs of £85. 
GAVRIL ENACHE, 22, of Drayton Close, Bracknell, admitted drink-driving on Broad Lane, Bracknell, on March 29, 2021. He was caught with 98 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the limit being 35mcg. Enache was given 10 points on his driving licence, fined £230, made to pay a victim surcharge of £34, and ordered to pay court costs of £85. 
CRAIG CUMERSDALE, 43, of St Andrews, Bracknell, admitted assault in Bracknell on February 5, 2021. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months, made to pay a victim surcharge of £22, and ordered to pay court costs of £135. 
JOSEPH WINTER, 27, of Maple Close, Wokingham, admitted drink-driving on Davis Street, Hurst on March 30, 2021. He was caught with 77 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the limit being 35mcg. He was banned from driving for 19 months, fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and £85 court costs. 

April 30
CLIFFORD CLEMENTS, 46, of Lindenhill Road, admitted failing to secure a transfer of waste to an authorised person in Bracknell on May 16, 2020. He was given a conditional discharge for six months, ordered to pay £22 victim surcharge and £300 court costs.
